Who the service is for
The service is a tool for jewellers, stockists, manufacturers, gemologists and other trade professionals. You must be at least 18 and, where you trade, authorised to act for the company you represent.
Your account
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information in your profile and verification documents. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, submits false documents or harms other members.
Valuations and price checks are information, not advice
The valuation tool and certificate price check give indicative figures built from a price list and market assumptions. They are not an offer, an appraisal, a guarantee of value or financial advice. Prices in the trade vary with the stone, the market and the moment; always inspect a stone and verify its report with the issuing laboratory before buying or selling. Expert reviews are the opinion of the reviewer. We are not liable for trading decisions made on the basis of the service.
The Network
Listings, requests, offers and messages are between members. We are not a party to any trade, do not hold stones or money, and do not guarantee that a member will perform. Every listing is reviewed before it is shown; we may decline or remove a listing at our discretion. The Trusted Business badge means the member's phone, email and trade licence were checked at the time of review — it is not a guarantee of conduct. Do your own due diligence.
You may not post stones you do not have or are not authorised to sell, misrepresent grades or reports, spam, harass, or use the service to break any law, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules. Report problems to us; we may remove content and close accounts.
Subscriptions and purchases
Facet & Form Pro is sold as an in-app subscription through the App Store or Google Play, at the price shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; refunds follow the store's rules. Other paid services (priority verification, expert reviews) are described in the app at the time of purchase.
Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights to what you post and give us a licence to show it to other members as part of the service. News headlines belong to their publishers and link to the original article. The app, its design and the course materials on this site are ours or our licensors'; do not copy or resell them.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. The service is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
