TCE Investment Group FZCO ("we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, publishes the Facet & Form mobile app and operates kristinatasceken.com (together, "the service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: hello@kristinatasceken.com.
What we collect
Account
When you create an account we store your name, email address and a password hash (or the identifier your sign-in provider, Apple or Google, gives us). Accounts are held by Supabase on our behalf.
Company profile and trading
To trade on the Network you add a company name, role, city and, optionally, a description, phone number and logo. Listings, requests, offers and messages you send are stored so the other party can read them, and are reviewed by our moderators before a listing goes live.
Verification documents
If you apply for the Trusted Business badge you upload a trade licence; if you choose identity verification (KYC) you upload a government ID and a selfie. These files are stored privately, are visible only to our reviewers, and are used solely to decide the verification. We never show them to other members.
Grading-report photos
Photos of grading reports you check are read on your device by on-device text recognition (Apple Vision on iPhone, Google ML Kit on Android). The photo is not uploaded unless you attach it to an expert-review request.
Purchases
In-app subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We receive the subscription status through RevenueCat, linked to an anonymous app identifier. We do not receive your payment details.
Usage and devices
We measure how the app is used with PostHog (EU data centre): which screens and features are used, counts and kinds of actions, device model and app version. Events never include your messages, names, emails or document contents. Push notifications and account messages are delivered through Customer.io (EU), which holds the same anonymous identifier and your device's push token.
This website
The waitlist and contact forms send us the name, email and message you type. The site is served by Cloudflare, which records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: your account, listings, matches, messages and purchases.
- To keep the marketplace trustworthy: moderation of listings and review of verification documents.
- To improve the product: aggregate usage measurement.
- To contact you: alerts about matches, offers and messages, and replies to your enquiries. Marketing messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal obligations and to protect against fraud and misuse.
Sharing
Other members see your company profile, your verification badge and the listings and messages you address to them — never your documents, email or password. We share data only with the processors named above (Supabase, Cloudflare, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, PostHog, Customer.io), under their data-processing terms, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Listings expire 30 days after posting. Verification documents are kept while the verification is valid (one year) and deleted with the account. Server logs are kept for a short period for security. Backups are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days.
Your rights and choices
You can delete your account from the app (Profile → Delete account); your company, listings, messages, documents and purchase requests are removed immediately and backups within 30 days. Subscriptions must be cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to hello@kristinatasceken.com. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
Children
The service is for trade professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy here and update the date above. Material changes are announced in the app.
